ABOUT ME


A Seasoned leader with a passion for building highly effective teams, leaders, and organizations transforming Human Resources by providing strategic leadership and management of the full range of HR functions including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation, engagement, career and leadership development.


My Human Resources career began working the front desk where I would screen applications and schedule interviews. I quickly advanced to recruiter; as my career progressed I moved from generalist and specialist position to managing teams of other HR professionals.


Over the course of my career, I have become adept at working in complex matrixed organizations leading HR teams, supporting senior executives and front-line employees across multiple business groups.


My Human Resource career has spanned privately held companies, utilities, healthcare, construction, multi-state and international corporations.


My goal is to be a part of an organization that is focused on the future, knows where it is going where I can use my extensive experience and knowledge of Human Resources to achieve its goals.
