My name is Anthony Eaton; I am a multi-certified forward-thinking Human Resource professional with a history of increasing experience, scope and responsibility focused on innovation, efficiency and cost savings.
I consider myself a strategic and tactical leader in multiple areas of human resources including but not limited to talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation, organizational design and leadership development.
My Human Resources career began working the front desk where I would screen applications and schedule interviews. I quickly advanced to recruiter; as my career progressed I moved from generalist and specialist position to managing teams of other HR professionals.
Over the course of my career, I have become adept at working in complex matrixed organizations leading HR teams, supporting senior executives and front-line employees across multiple business groups.
My Human Resource career has spanned privately held companies, utilities, healthcare, construction, multi-state and international corporations,
My goal is to be a part of an organization that is focused on the future, knows where it is going where I can use my extensive experience and knowledge of Human Resources to achieve its goals.
